Hans Rubber Industries is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company engaged in the manufacturing of rubber foot mats, floor mattings, mud guard flaps for cars, vans, SUVs, MUVs, and commercial vehicles.
We also offer rubber sheets for commercial and industrial use IEC 6111 standard (electrical insulation matting) in rubber, PVC, and other compounds such as neoprene, natural rubber, NBR-PVC, EPDM, VITON, as per customer specification.
Our state-of the-art facility is located at one of India’s most advanced industrial hubs – HSIIDC Rai Sonipat, Haryana India.
Established in 1990, today we are among the leading manufacturers for automobile OEMs and aftermarket suppliers and also export all kinds of rubber and PVC foot mats, floor matting, rubber sheets, mud guard flaps, and associated products. Production
Facility & Capacity
Highest size of Hydraulic press to draw one piece of max size of 1200mm x 1600mm and running length of 1200mm x 10,000mm or more in running length. Our facility houses machinery such as a top-grade hydraulic press, an industry benchmark, injection, moulding machine with a capacity of 460 MT, and separate units for packaging and mat stitching. The state-of-the-art quality department ensures our products are of only the highest quality.

Tool Room
Our in-house tool room facility, the biggest in the automobile industry, is armed with resources that allows us to quickly create new mould designs. We have a CNC machine with a bed size of 2,000mm x 2,000mm plus the full range of tool room facilities. Our in-house mould designing and development facility can design moulds, irrelevant of size, for industries, commercial, and automobile uses. We also accept CNGC-VMC jobs for different mould sizes and production jobs.
